A Day in the Life

In this role, you will be the strategic link between La Roche-Posay and key medical stakeholders, driving brand growth and prescription rates within dermatological clinics. You will report to the Medical Visit Manager and work in synergy with the commercial and marketing teams to solidify our position as a leader in dermatological beauty.

• Strategic Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders in dermatological clinics, acting as a trusted advisor and leading negotiations for product inclusion in their pharmacies.
• Medical Promotion & Sales: Visit target physicians to present the scientific and technical value of our products, aiming to increase prescriptions and recommendations with a patient-centric approach.
• Business & Market Analysis: Analyze your sector, including competitor activity and sales performance, to develop and implement action plans that improve our return on investment.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure seamless synergy with medical representatives, sales, and marketing teams to boost sell-out and align on promotional strategies.

We Are Looking For

We are seeking a proactive and entrepreneurial individual with strong analytical and negotiation skills. You are results-driven and have a talent for building lasting professional relationships. You thrive in a dynamic environment and have a deep understanding of the medical landscape.

• Highly experienced in a similar medical business or medical visit role.
• Proven expertise in Medical Relations: Developing relationships with key medical stakeholders.
• Strong Account Management skills to promote sales by managing key accounts.
• Exceptional Negotiation abilities to secure favorable agreements and partnerships.
• Business Acumen to understand market dynamics and drive strategic growth.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably Veeva.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
