A Day in the Life
Reporting to a Marketing or Education Manager at our Brussels office, you will join our team for a 6-month, full-time internship starting in February. You will be part of our L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty (LDB) division, a unique environment surrounded by experts with scientific and medical backgrounds. During the recruitment process, we will carefully match you with the right internship for your profile:

• Medical Marketing: Connect science with beauty by developing scientific communication strategies, organizing medical events, and driving recommendation plans for our dermatological beauty brands with healthcare professionals.
• Brand Education Strategy: Shape the learning journey of beauty and medical professionals across the Benelux region by designing and launching engaging training programs, tailoring educational initiatives, and crafting B2B communication strategies.
  
  

We Are Looking For
You are a final-year student fluent in English and either Dutch or French (non-thesis) who demonstrates:

• Creative & Analytical Minds: You have a strong eye for trends and scientific details, backed by a comfortable relationship with data.
• Project Owners: You are an organized self-starter who runs projects from start to finish with speed, precision, and strong attention to detail.
• Education & Brand Management: Passionate about fostering brand credibility, scientific identity, and designing impactful training initiatives.
• Collaboration: Enjoying working cross-functionally and collaborating with both scientific, education, and commercial profiles.
• Agility: Navigating a fast-paced environment with a solution-oriented mindset.
