ABOUT THE ROLE:

Lead the creation and execution of La Roche Posay and CeraVe brand Marketing plans for the L’Oreal Dermatological Beauty division in New Zealand. These brands meet the needs of a range of different skin types, they are developed and recommended by health professionals & available in retail pharmacy and medical outlets worldwide.  LDB is leading the way in the dermocosmetic and cosmeceutical industry and in NZ we are looking for a Marketing talent to take our brand execution and awareness to the next level.

Planning & Execution:

  • Adapt regional product and brand plans for the local NZ market.
  • Collaborate with the NZ Commercial team to optimize retail and e-commerce calendars for competitive advantage.
  • Implement and manage impactful trade marketing programs for both retailers and consumers.

Product Launches & Promotions:

  • Lead the operational execution of new product launches and drive growth of key products.
  • Plan, implement, and manage promotional activities across channels.
  • Analyze the performance of activations and provide insights to the commercial team.

Retail Partnership & In-Store Excellence:

  • Build and manage relationships with local retailers, including communication and strategy alignment.
  • Ensure in-store excellence by overseeing planogram execution, visual merchandising, and point-of-sale materials.

Team Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Present promotional plans and product launches to internal teams and retail partners.
  • Support accurate product forecasting and sample management.
  • Provide field intelligence and sales data to inform decision-making.

Financial Management:

  • Manage budgets and track return on investment for trade marketing activities. 

ABOUT YOU

  • Tertiary qualified in marketing with at least 3-5 years marketing experience,
  • Excellent communicator to engage and deal with various internal and external stakeholders
  • You must be self-motivated & driven to be able to drive your own results and manage your time efficiently.
  • Strong influencing skills in both written and verbal communication
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects on time & to a high standard
  • Engaging presentation skills
