A Day in the Life
Reporting to the Regional Business Manager, you will join a six-person NSW field team to educate and coach clinic therapists, drive product advocacy and maximise sell-out for SkinCeuticals & SkinBetter Science. This role covers the CBD, East and North of NSW with travel to the Central Coast and Newcastle. Your role blends clinical teaching, territory development and commercial support.
Key responsibilities
We Are Looking For
You’re an experienced clinical educator who translates scientific evidence into practical protocols, coaches clinicians, nurses & other health care professionals who treat skin and offer skincare advice to improve patient outcomes and influences commercial results. You work independently, prioritise territory activity and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
Core skills
A degree or certification in dermal science, clinical dermal therapies, clinical aesthetics, cosmetic nursing, or beauty therapy is desirable. Proven experience coaching clinicians or therapists in a clinical/dermal environment is required.
