What You Will Do:

Data and technology have fundamentally changed the role of digital media. Media Analysts on the Paid Social Team are the go-to resource for campaign activation, optimization, and reporting. The Media Analyst will support the Media Planner across a wide variety of LUXE brands and will own the in-console management, optimization, and reporting including data mapping, campaign insights, and troubleshooting.   

Job Duties and Accountabilities

  • Is the hands-on-keyboard builder of Paid Social campaigns for a variety of brands. (Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter, Reddit) 
  • Manages day-to-day paid social performance including pacing, monitoring KPIs, and troubleshooting within each respective self-service ads platform 
  • Creates Excel workbooks to organize campaign performance data and provide actionable insights as well as pull data from existing data visualization tools (Media Tech) 
  • Ensures campaigns launch on time across all tactics and partners 
  • Takes ownership of deliverables, manages campaigns independently, and effectively prioritizes to deliver strong results 
  • Collaborates with Media Planner to deliver quarterly presentations and campaign wrap reports 
  • Regularly assesses current campaign performance and provides solutions to improve efficiency through process optimization 
  • Inputs new flights and budget updates for purchase orders 
  • Demonstrates problem solving ability 
  • Escalates and provides solutions when necessary 




What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required 
  • At least 1 year in-console experience with Facebook Business Manager, Pinterest Ads, Snap Ads Manager, preferably in an agency environment 
  • Strong competency in Excel including vLookup & Pivot Tables  
  • Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Ability to consistently perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment as an individual on a team 
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills 


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics
  • Demonstrated interest in keeping up with emerging technologies and the digital marketing landscape 
  • Familiarity with putting together presentations in PowerPoint
