Key Accountabilities

  • Design and implement store operation policies and guidelines applicable to L’Oréal's operated POS
  • Monitor and evaluate operational compliance through adherence to the store audit program and effectively communicate action plans with appropriate business partners
  • Actively pursues asset protection measures to assist in prevention and reduction of stock losses, cash shortages; ensure store profitability and prevent losses during day to day operations
  • Identify store operation risks and merchandize protection opportunities ; plan and execute cash & inventory management system
  • Promote loss prevention awareness through active participation and involvement in targeted in-store trainings and coaching
  • Assist with inventory related support efforts and ensure timely resolutions of requests
  • Investigate and execute action plans on any operational/in-store anomalies, red flags and suspicious behaviors
  • Develop and maintain effective collaborative partnering with all areas of the business, especially with Store Management, Operations, Human Resources, Inventory Control and Internal Audit
  • Regularly analyzes and reviews incident trends to advise store leadership of action steps and prevent future incidents
Desired Skill-sets 
  • Minimum 7 years of experience within retail industries with a focus on Asset Protection, Retail Audit and Operations
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and build partnerships with both internal and external customers
  • Make solid business decisions and recommendations; implement necessary changes 
  • A motivated self-started with an analytical and investigative mind set
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
