Assistant Brand Manager

The mission of our Consumer Products Division is to provide the best innovation in beauty to consumers wherever and whenever they desire it. Responsible for the execution of the product range’s implementation plan in the market assisting a Brand Manager or Senior Brand Manager / or responsible for a smaller product range than a Brand Manager
Analyse and summarise market and consumer data
Good knowledge of competitors and products in the market
The ABM assists with product launches / marketing plans at every stage:
Has a view on the communication platform and media creative, as well as the media plan
Locally adapt international communication material (imagery, TV, digital, point of sale)
Assists with Point of Sale production and artwork
Assists in manages promotional plan with accounts
Assists with digital campaigns
Junior Project manager: be a conductor between departments and external agencies : sales, demand planning, category management, production, finance, media and creative agencies and interact effectively with them to respect deadlines.
Assists with permanent merchandising in store for her/his range of products
Can be in charge of small projects across the brand

You will be a very motivated aspiring Assistant Brand Manager, who thrives in a fast-paced and creative culture. A strong networker who demonstrates entrepreneurship, you will be able to establish credibility and buy in from stakeholders at all levels of our business. Previous experience working within FMCG /Consumer Goods/ Cosmetics sectors will be highly sought along with a commercially minded and flexible approach. In addition, you will also be innovative and able to manage complexity with a high level of attention to detail and remaining highly results driven.
