- Manage social contents and consumer interactions across Brands digital channels WEIBO and WECHAT, to increase brand love and strengthen brand desirability.
- Interact with consumers in social media channels using social media management software and related tools, especially incentive bonding with brand star product.
- Participate in the development of real-time trend content based on monitoring social media, flagging opportunities, and formulating plans with internal stakeholders
- Select the best platforms for social media presence and brand desirability.
- Develop and enhance the brand advocacy pyramid with strategic planning and consecutive maintenance plan.
- Manage the search engines optimization and social media optimization, integrate key words plan with brand needs.
- In collaboration with cross-functions to develop the creation and presentation of social media strategy and integrated marketing campaigns based on consumer social analytical data.
- Keep up to date on social media trends, consumer centricity and best practices sharing and educating internal stakeholders.
- Summarize insights and conversations to create actionable, operational reports that lead to optimization and efficiency in performance
- Analyze and report on social community trending promotional launches to key internal stakeholders to ensure optimal customer satisfaction
