Who we are looking for as an Assistant Key Account Manager:

We are looking for someone like that to manage one of our Key Client Account in the Consumer Products Division.

 

In this role, you will:

·         Build channel business plan to achieve the topline and bottomline target, market share & other KPIs

·         Responsible for channel Gross to Net Management

·         Develop joint business plan with the account/customers and contribute to the commercial vision by sharing account perspective, risks and opportunities.

·         Provide accurate forecasts and achieve the account (s) results: turnover, market share, profit. Plan all growth drivers accordingly.

·         Prepare and lead the account (s) negotiations, escalating when relevant

  • Analyze and evaluate key account sales trends and performance, market penetration, distribution width and depth and merchandising/promotional thrusts
  • Build the action plan to implement the Division and channel strategy; ensure its execution and tracking down to store level and sell out and suggest plan adaptation when needed
  • Act as the expert of his/her account to feed a retailer-centric account planning process, to ensure as much alignment as possible , 
  • Builds a retailer specific development plan, and a compelling story to get retailer buying in.
  • Build a deep customer intelligence and strong network with key stakeholders at the retailer’s. 
  • Work closely with other departments (Supply Chain, Marketing and Finance team) and connect Account key stakeholder of all functions with their L’Oréal counterpart.
  • Communicate consumer behavior and patterns with marketing team to align strategy
  • Perform periodic business reviews on key accounts to monitor performance

  • Around 3+ years of relevant experience in key account management within consumer industries
  • Excellent people and communication skills
  • Analytical mind (ability to translate complex data into market insights)
  • Fantastic collaboration skills
  • Fluent in Chinese and English
