Community Management


  • Manage day-to-day "always-on" social media content scheduling and moderation of all organic and paid social campaigns for both Global and US social channels (including: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube)
  • Create and track UTM links for posts driving to
  • Serve as the Community Manager across all social platforms by reactively and proactively engaging with fans, followers and influencers in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with internal Customer Care team to guide customer service engagement best practices
  • Act as the social copywriter for organic social content. You will be the voice of the brand in social!
  •  Manage and maintain relationships with digital Influencers and press across social platforms in collaboration with PR team
  • Curate User Generated Content (UGC) for website and social media channel usage
  • Project manage all Facebook Lives with responsibilities including script writing, filming and engaging in real-time with community questions
  • Partner with community managers in other IT Cosmetics markets globally to guide on best practices and learnings
  • Moderate and execute prizing for Social Ambassador Program and giveaway/contests
  • Communicate with Sales team on upcoming retailer events and create appropriate posts or event pages for targeted support


Social Media Strategy


  •  Report on social KPI’s both weekly and monthly, covering all owned and competitor channels with tools including RivalIQ, NetBase and Tribe 
  • Prioritize social listening for trends tracking to inform larger team of opportunities to create nimble social content with tools including Netbase
  • Stay current on new social media platforms, tools and best practices with the confidence to present important developments with the internal team 
  • Work closely with all departments across the brand to execute strategic, engaging social campaigns and experiential activations that require social support 


Job Qualifications


  • BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field
  • Minimum 2-4  years of social media experience at a Digital/PR Agency, in-house at a brand or Publisher 
  • Background and interest in beauty, fashion and/or lifestyle brands
  • Clear understanding of how to set KPIs, pull social media analytics (familiarity of RivalIQ, NetBase, Tribe and/or similar tools) and merchandise insights back to management
  • Exceptional writing skills, with a go-getter attitude, to positively engage with both consumers and influencers
  • Relationships with beauty and lifestyle influencers and an understanding of influencer marketing strategy a plus
