Section 2:  Job Summary

This position will be part of a Divisional Center of Excellence, and will be responsible for measuring and optimizing brand eboutique websites - in partnership, and as an extension of the brand media and marketing teams.

This person will serve as the product owner for all website tagging, measurement, analytics, and insight work in addition to on-site testing and experimentation. They will work closely with the brand marketing and site development teams, as well as any third-party vendors or partners.

The Assistant Manager, Site Analytics & Optimization must also be a self-starter who has the ability to work well independently and in a team setting.  This person should have strong communication skills and understand how to prioritize digital projects efficiently.   

 

Section 3: Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience in site measurement and user experience/design. Agency experience a plus. At least 2 years experience working in SEM, Retargeting, Media, Paid Social and Affiliates
  • Serve as the site lead for: Website tagging, performance & analysis, on-site surveys, and A/B or MVT experimentation. This role will serve as strategic partner to 2-3 brand marketing teams, helping them to optimize UX and conversion goals.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide optimization recommendations
  • Expert in Google Analytics, Expert Understanding of page events and site tagging
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager, or experience working with it at agency partners
  • Experience with testing software such as a Optimizely, Monetate, or Google Optimize 360 a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills, with avid attention to detail and follow through.
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication, negotiation skills
  • Proven ability in successfully running multiple projects
  • Ability to self-motivate, work independently, and as part of a team
  • Experience developing creative briefs and project briefs for agencies and creative teams
  • Bachelors’ degree required
  • Advanced PC skills (MS Word, Microsoft Outlook Calendar & E-Mail, Excel, Power Point)
  • Basic Technical knowledge with experience working with 3rd party integrations, tagging and pixels
  • Must be highly organized and adapt to change as needed
  • Clear understanding of full customer journey
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across a matrixed environment
  • Strong project management skills
  • Demonstrates strong digital vision
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and platforms
