A. MAIN RESPONSIBILITY: 

Participating in developing category strategy in line with the international brand positioning and being fully responsible for building the category/brand in Vietnam market 

  • Initiate and execute category marketing plan in line with total brand strategy 
  • Implement new launches, maintain growth pillar products and animate core catalogue 
  • Propose and monitor marketing mix strategies (IMC/ 360 / Digital / Retail) to build integrated and engaging consumer brand experience. 
  • Understand insights of both external partners & consumers; and market connection for strategic marketing activities plan 
  • Adapt the communication material (image, digital, point of sales)
  • Mobilize and collaborate with other departments (sales, logistics, educations, etc.) and partner agencies to build broader business strategy; meet the deadlines. 
  • Manage strategic category portfolio across channels in line with consumers's needs and brand business strategy 
  • Manage business drivers efficiency of the category 
  • Develop and manage media plans effectiveness and efficiency,especially Facebook channel 
  • Create and execute a great product animation/ activation to build brand equity and drive sales results 
  • Manager retail excellence; keep good interrelationship in working with merchandising, education and sales team. Key partnership with other members of cross functions to drive business and marketing objectives 
  • Manage digital excellence 
B. KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 02 years in relevant position. Prefer experience in beauty/fashion, B2B related industry 
  • Strong background in product management and digital marketing 
  • Strong analysis skill, good presentation and communication skills 
  • Driving attitude and demonstrate entrepreneurship
