Job Description
• Provide a vision and strategy for total brand and category Social and Influencer
marketing efforts, as well as Brand Equity
• Lead and cross share key learnings & best practices across all social (earned and paid)
to social leads on all four categories
• Support VP Brand Engagement in managing vendor and platform relationships
• Reinforce DMI guidelines and processes to category teams to help maintain brand DNA
in content, influencer/creator selections, and paid media
• Develop partnership relationships with CDMO team and DMI teams, establishing and
managing L’Oréal Paris business priorities
• Manage and inspire the team, providing creative inspiration & vision, insights and
context to help shape bigger ideas to drive the business
• Maintain pulse on Social & Influencer culture to constantly create innovative and
disruptive campaigns

• Develop and lead the US owned Social media strategy by platform & category inclusive
of influencers/creator content
• Develop social media strategy for Equity programs and Tentpoles (Women Of Worth,
Stand Up, Paris Fashion Week, etc) and manage Equity Media budgets to ensure success
• Co-partner with Social leads to develop innovation framework for US social & digital
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of platform capabilities as well as build strong
relationships with but not limited to TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, Snap, Google, and Twitter
• Develop an owned framework and process for social posting by category and platform
inclusive of cadence, tone of voice, and responding guidelines
• Lead cross-category digital retail activations in partnership with omni-shopper teams
• Oversee and execute content creation and curation process, including briefing in social
photo and video shoots (including photo and video shoots) for organic and paid social
for tentpole and total brand moments (e.g. Women of Worth, Pride, Infall-a-thon, etc
• Develop a centralized framework of reporting templates, inclusive of KPI’s and schedules
for optimization opportunities and cross sharing information
• Oversee social media customer care and develop ways of working with CCC team;
point person for all L’Oreal Paris US community management including working with the
CCC and social leads to ensure a 100% reply rate
• Point person for maintaining and communicating the reporting/rankings industry and
internal (DBPI, COOLIQ, etc) and guiding the strategy for improvement of these rankings
• Identify and lead strategic Influencer focused activations and partnerships that align
with LOP’s socio vision targets
• Continuously foster influencer engagement, develop and maintain relationships to drive
organic brand love and support
• Oversee LOP League strategy, relationship building and management of the program
• Responsible for launching strategic influencer seeding tactics to drive brand love and
organic advocacy
• In partnership with the category social leads, help lead development of influencer
campaigns at category level
• Point person for Traacker influencer data, reporting, and spend
• Stay abreast and provide updates to the leadership teams on global competitive
activity, social & digital media trends, and industry best practice(s)
• Track and report on customer KPI metrics for Earned, Owned, Paid media and paid
• Track and report on Brand Health and Advocacy (social listening on Netbase)
• Bridge communication between category social leads and brand engagement to foster
more cross category synergies on social and influencer initiatives
