As part of the R&I 360 deployment, the Augmented Beauty team at L’Oreal is working on breakthrough innovations in hardware and software for brands and R&I through disruptive technologies around:

  • Product personalization, 3D/2D printing, etc.
  • Connected Devices (wearable’s, sensors, etc.)

We are looking for a current student or recent graduate who is looking to gain experience in the Cosmetics industry to onboard on this thrilling adventure.

As an Augmented Beauty & Digital Devices Co-Op, you will:

  • Conduct testing and debugging of the My Skin Track app algorithm.
  • Write a script to automate data UV data analysis for My Skin Track.
  • Assist with UV clinical studies (2 clinical studies in the next 6 months)
  • Analyze UV data from the clinical studies.
  • Write a script to automate data analysis of skin pH sensor.
  • Analyze skin pH data from the clinical study.
  • Help with developing the algorithm for My Skin Track generation 2 (UV + blue light)
  • Conduct testing and debugging of the My Skin Track app algorithm generation 2.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Currently majoring in OR a recent graduate with degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to documenting design activities throughout the development process
  • Experience with Gantt Project, Microsoft Project, or equivalent
