Responsibilities:
 
- Define a distributor strategy, in agreement with top management.
- Develop, monitor and manage distributor portfolio, in accordance with division strategy and brand affairs.
- Create an annual business plan taking into account the growth levers to achieve objectives (sell-in, sell-out, market share) and brand profitability within the distributors
- Lead or participate in annual negotiations. Establish a partnership and a solid relationship with the distributors.
- Monitor contracts/invoices associated with the brand
- Establish and implement the plan, including trade/events/merchandising/training. Measure the return on investment of actions and events. Take responsibility for the development of the brands, including e-retail.
- Drive the performance of the brands (P&L). Manage trade agreements, contracts and invoices associated with the brand. Prepare and lead brand strategy meetings.
- Coordinate and "coach" all representatives of the distributor teams. Exercise authority and influence in the field.
- Work closely with other departments (Supply, finance, marketing). Ensure the consistency of L’Oréal voices when speaking to the partners.
 
Ideal candidate has experience in Trade Marketing and Sales approximately 5 years, preferably from cosmetic business, able to build good relationship with clients, independent, able to work with distributors, willing to work on the field and willing to travel, Croatian speaker and knowledge of Slovenian is an advantage, fluent in English.
