Payroll Operation

  • Perform required tasks and validation steps to ensure production of timely and accurate employee payments, transfer of funds and delivery of appropriate reports and related files for business

  • Response to employees for payroll related processing events and system processing inquiries ensuring timely review and resolution of issues

  • Ensure timely filing of monthly IIT

  • Ensure timely submission of monthly payroll, benefit & IIT accounting and inter-office recharge invoices to accounting team

  • Support Quarterly/Year-end accounting accrual and reconciliation

  • Maintain and adhere to quality controls throughout the payroll process and ensure it is aligned with global & China payroll process & standard

  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of work processes, techniques & systems.


Leave Management

  • Maintain Leave Quota and respond to employees for Leave related issues



  • Support internal and external audits



  • Participate in various HR projects and execute assigned project activities

  • Other work assigned by manager.



  • Minimum 3-5 years of solid and relevant experience in the above roles gained from multi- national companies or consulting firm.
  • Good oral and written skills in English and Mandarin Chinese

  • High standard of quality work including accuracy and timeliness

  • High degree of integrity, a positive attitude, and an ability to maintain absolute confidentiality

  • Being a team player with good people skills; able to work effectively with all levels of staff and different departments

  • Able to perform well in a fast-paced, deadline driven and service oriented environment

  • Strong self-initiative, flexible, strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks

  • Skillful in MS Office, e.g. Excel, PPT;
