Key responsibilities 


As the Amazon Activation Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of our brands on the Amazon platform. Your role involves ensuring daily execution excellence by seamlessly integrating Amazon into the 360 activation plans for our brands and maximizing product visibility and performance. Marketing, media, and content levers will be your key assets in meeting this challenge.


  • Brand Relations:
    1. Establish and maintain relationships with various brands within L'Oréal Luxe, collaborating to integrate Amazon into the brands' 360 activation plans: launches, events, promotions, etc.
    2. Co-create influence strategies to drive optimal traffic to our product pages.
    3. Build and nurture a connection with the Global and USA Luxe community to stay updated on best practices and accelerate business growth.


  • Content Management and Execution Excellence:
    1. Develop and maintain high-quality content for brand product pages, integrating a deep understanding of Amazon-optimized SEO to meet legal and sales requirements in Canada.
    2. Ensure excellent operational execution of Amazon initiatives, working closely with the E-Kam team to link visibility, stock, pricing, and promotion topics.


  • Marketing Activation and Media Campaigns:
    1. Manage, oversee, and implement the paid media strategy through our agencies and partners to recruit new consumers while optimizing paid investments on
    2. Design and execute effective marketing campaigns on Amazon, coordinating internally and aligning with negotiated annual budgets (COOP). React and adjust, actively proposing activation strategies based on past and projected sales.
    3. Lead influence strategy in collaboration with the A&I team to enhance product visibility and achieve traffic and conversion goals.


  • Strategic Vision: 

The Manager must build a medium-term vision to support brand business through the various levers mentioned in this job description. This ability to step back and understand the business environment is essential for proposing new innovative ideas that contribute to client account growth and profitability.


Professional &Technical Competencies 


  • Proven experience in brand management on Amazon or in e-commerce, with specific expertise in Amazon SEO and legal compliance for sales in Canada.
  • Demonstrated skills in managing marketing campaigns, including influencer and media agency management.
  • Ability to analyze data and use insights to optimize product performance on Amazon.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills with a results-driven orientation.
  • Comfortable with numbers, proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, as well as internal tools.
  • Curiosity, a desire to learn, and a willingness to grow in an evolving environment.
