Your Challenge:

Under the sales director, your role will be to create an annual business plan with the Quebec distributor and to ensure its proper execution. You will also support the development of our top salons in the territory.

You will have to prepare and lead the negotiation, prepare the full sell-in and sell-out plan and track the progress. You will work closely with marketing, finance, education, to ensure the proper execution of the plan. You will need to develop strong relationship with the distributor's team and coach them.

You are the ideal candidate if you have a good entrepreunerial spirit, with strong pitching skills. You must be very strong in analytics, and be able to put together a vision for your territory. You need to show interest in the professional hair industry, and to speak french fluently.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Administration or other relevant field of studies.
  • Three to five years of relevant experience in a similar industry or position.
  • Perfectly bilingual in French and English.
  • Entrepreneur, strategist, combative, analytical, networking skills
  • Able to drive and to travel around the Quebec region.
