A DAY IN THE LIFE... 

As they say, no two days are alike! Under the supervision of the Inventory Manager, as an Inventory Analyst you will be responsible for managing inventory and logistics flows between the main plant and its partners.

In particular, you will be responsible for

  • Ensuring inventory integrity in SAP (alignment with partner inventory);
  • Monitor interfaces (EDI/API) that are not well integrated;
  • Support business teams in managing logistics flows with partners;
  • Responsible for inventory transfers to partners and correct discrepancies where necessary;
  • Work with warehousing teams to execute transfers according to business team and partner expectations;
  • Proactively monitor storage capacity and reduce costs related to pallets exceeding contracted capacity;
  • Respect the operations logistics cost budget;
  • Monitor performance indicators, identify areas for improvement and best practices;
  • Document and update procedures and specifications;
  • Plan and manage annual physical stocktakings

Please note that the starting date will be early 2024.


WHO YOU ARE :

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Logistics, engineering or related field;
  • 1 to 2 years' experience in inventory/warehousing;
  • Proficiency in Excel;
  • Knowledge of Manhattan software an asset;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Analytical skills;
  • Detail-oriented with a macro vision;
  • Solution-oriented;
  • Organized, structured and autonomous;
  • Entrepreneurial, curious.
