Managing and administering the various server and network equipment requests, including their installation, support and maintenance. The candidate will perform level 1 and 2 support for L’Oréal Canada’s entire technical infrastructure: servers, networks, security, etc…
The candidate will escalate issues to the appropriate resources when necessary. The candidate will also participate in infrastructure projects in order to maintain the availability, reliability, security and performance of L’Oréal Canada’s development and production environments. The candidate will be expected to be available on call, nights and weekends, rotating with other members of the team.
