Your Challenge:

The RSEE will drive sell-out and outperform the market by gaining share of heart, market share & rankings. This employee will also plan & oversee the execution of Education programs in line with the brand’s strategy and business objectives.

The RSEE will be the trainer for all the new launches for the season for all retailers. They will also be responsible for in-store coaching, training and event support. Along with the training role, they will also have a mandate in Sephora. They will be responsible for cast member education, brand ambassador, leads on their brands, sales support as well as eventing support.

We are looking for a makeup artist, skincare specialist, someone who can relate to Sephora and the cast members. An individual who is passionate about beauty, has outstanding communication skills, sensibilty to the Luxe industry and someone who is organized, can multitask and has a passion for clients and retail experience.

Your profile

  • 2-5 years of relevant retail sales experience in the beauty industry and also training & coaching experience
  • Solid organizational skills and Computer skills with Microsoft Office & Outlook
  • Creative approach with a fashion edge in makeup
  • Impeccable image & presentation: professional, sophisticated, modern and elegant; wears makeup everyday
  • Flexible to travel (frequent travels throughout assigned territory) and flexibility of working hours (must be available to work at night and on weekends)
