Responsabilities of the role:
Implementing internal changes (role/position changes; externalization; out and in-sourcing);
Alignment of HR policies and processes throughout organizational analysis to create synergies and efficiencies;
Support people managers in administration & payroll activities including salary benchmarking and the bonus process;
Maintaining employees records; updating employee-related databases; assisting in payroll preparation and processes by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves.
You bring a previous experience in payroll / HR administration as well as strong analytical & project management skills. Teamwork and collaboration are key for. You’re used to deal with confidential information and work under deadlines. You are an able communicator, fluent in English, degree educated and proficient user of the Office pack. Knowledge of Zucchetti systems is a distinctive plus.
