We are currently looking for:

Country CRM & Loyalty Manager (m/f)

to join Professional Product Division in our subsidiary in Sofia!

Replacement for maternity leave

 

Main responsibilities:

This exciting position has several areas of responsibilities, divided into:

-        PR activities:

o   Preparing press kits, press releases, media materials on regular basis

o   Managing media and influencers relations and requests

o   Creating and implementing media campaigns and strategies, combining different channels and activities (print/digital/social media)

o   Participating in the planning and the organization of media, launch and other events

o   Preparing campaigns evaluations, reports, analysis etc.

-        Digital activities:

o   Active participation in the implementation of digital projects – applications and platforms.

o   Preparing e-retail materials and assets

o   Preparation and implementation of a promo plan and JBP with key e-retailers

o   Prepares and leads digital campaigns for e-retailers

o   Monitors and influences KPIs for e-commerce

o   Prepares digital kits for e-commerce

o   Upskills and transmits digital knowledge and mindset

o   Builds audience through relevant content

o   Strategizes e-commerce acceleration (pure players, retailers and direct)

-        Social media activities:

o   Creating and managing content for social media and digital platforms  – Facebook, Instagram, Viber, YouTube.

o   Community management – answering to messages and inquires

 

What are we looking for?


  • You have preferably at least 2 years of experience in similar positions
  • You preferably have experience in execution of digital campaigns and digital project management
  • You preferably have experience in social media platforms management, copywriting and editing
  • You keep up with the trends and you are “obsessed” with consumer centricity
  • You are passionate, business driven & analytical researcher with an excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Knowledge of Photoshop would be an advantage
  • You are able to multi-task and prioritize, having great planning and follow up skills
  • You are able to clearly convey the message in communication with various internal & external stakeholders
  • You are eager to learn and able to switch between operational and creative tasks
  • You are open-minded, ready for challenges and not afraid to innovate and challenge your ways of working
  • You are fluent in English and you are native Bulgarian speaker
