Responsibilities and main missions:

  • Identifies business needs
  • Gathers business needs and expectations
  • Qualify request impact on IT systems
  • Write functional specifications

 

Determines the scope, resource plan and timeline of a project portfolio :

  • Delivers project schedules, status reports and dashboards
  • Delivers meeting agendas and minutes
  • Defines project task priorities, dependencies within project structure
  • Defines project priorities between multiple projects

 

Ensures project planning produced accurately and timely involving all departments/units required

  • Proactively manages changes in a project scope
  • Rises and manages risks and issues
  • Communicates actively with other stakeholders to facilitate execution
  • Monitors  and reports the status of projects against the planning on a regular basis

Ensures that projects/programmes are delivered in accordance with established processes, appropriate standards, practices and procedures


Experience :

  • 2+ years in project management
  • 2+ years in CRM project or customer centric project.

Project Management :

  • Project management methodology
  • Ability to manage external partners
  • Highly organized with attention to quality work
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and writing

 

Technical expertise :

  • CRMB2C Tools : Salesforce, Adobe Campaign
  • Project management tool (MS Project, JIRA, Trello)

Others :

  • Fluent English is mandatory

Formation :

  • Master degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems
