CRM EMEA’s purpose is to implement tools and strategy in order to improve customer’s loyalty in relation with a brand.

Within EMEA Digital Direction of L’Oréal Luxe Division, and directly related to CRM team, the main mission of Campaign project manager/Data analyst is to set up and develop all marketing campaigns and analyze results contributing to the success of L’Oréal’s Luxe brand portfolio: Lancôme, Yves-Saint-Laurent, Biotherm, Kiehl’s,  Urban Decay….

Set up and execute the brand email campaign broadcast into adobe campaign tool from a centralized communication plan:                                                                                                      

  • Set up of workflow            
  • Personalization for more targeted email
  • Integration of HTML
  • Sending of proof                                                        
  • Execution and follow-up of the deliverability

Trigger email management :

  • trigger email plan building for each new country launched on CRM platform
  • trigger email acceleration plan for each existing countries                                  
  • trigger email implementation in adobe campaign/test

Email campaign performance analysis and reports production :

  • emailing activity follow up each month from specific KPI's (delivrability, open rate, click rate, unsubsciption rate, conversion rate ) about brand and trigger email campaign
  • database evolution reports per segments                                                                
  • report production send to emarketer to optimize email campaign results  

Ensure data quality on adobe campaign tool :

  • check regularly the consistency of the data into the CRM platforms, especially when new features/releases are added

Datamining analysis :

  • adhoc datamining analysis for E2 (Denmark / Sweden / Norway / Belgium / Netherland / Switzerland / Austria / Portugal) and new E1 (France / Italy / Germany / Spain / UK) countries launched into the CRM platform in order to understand the client and prospect and help countries to develop business through CRM activities                                                                                                                          
  •  areas of improvement identification to increase CRM actions efficiency            


Experience and expected qualities: 

Degree in Mathematics/Statistics, you have a first significant experience in a similar function (Campaign project manager / Data analyst), ideally in the retail sector / B2C.

Dynamic, organized, team spirit, good relations, autonomous and details oriented, you have real capabilities to analyze and summarize informations.

Technical skills:                                                                                                            

  • An excellent command of R is required
  • Microsoft Office applications skill (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A knowledge of Adobe Campaign tool (ex Neolane) and/or Salesforce
  • Fluent in English or good professional level
