The Professional Products Division is universally known for exclusively supplying salons and other professional customers with the most advanced technologies in hair care, styling and colouring products. Our brands include L’Oreal Professionnel, Mizani, Redken, Pureology Kérastase, Shu Uemura Art of Hair, Matrix and Essie Professionel . Our brands have made us the world leader in beauty products and one of the most professional and dynamic places to pursue your career in the UK and worldwide.

The key focus of this role is to manage the growth of the Professional Products’ turnover in the Top 100 salons across the country. You will be directly accountable for co-ordinating the joint business plan to ensure business growth objectives are achieved.


Key Responsibilities:

  •  Accelerating growth in these salons through the introduction of new PPD brands
  • Open new revenue streams with the introduction of skin care (Decléor and Carita) and the Essie Spa experience
  • Liaise all key stakeholders across the individual brands to ensure the plan is understood and implemented across the functions including Commercial, Education, PR, Events and Finance
  • Conquesting of competitor salons at the top end of the MAG
  • Ensuring that the highest level of service is provided to prevent possible competitor intervention
  • Winning new business in line with agreed target salons


Preferred Qualifications:


Alongside proven successful experience in a structured sales role working with top accounts and exceptional people management skills you should be confident in demonstrating all of the following:
