Key Accountabilities

-          Employee files classification and digitalization

-          PO creation/GR and internal recharge follow up

-          FARO payroll estimation

-          HR Documentation preparation (Visa certificates, employment letter, last payment, reference letter, employment contract redaction, insurance registration/deregistration, housing reimbursement, etc.)

-          Carry out activities linked to pay and social benefits

-          Carry out activities linked to a specific area of human resources according to the local level HR organization

         Provide administrative support and perform other ad-hoc and daily coordination tasks


Desired Skill sets

-          Diploma holder or above

-          2-3 years of related working experience is preferred

-          Good communication skills and negotiation skills

-          Self-motivated, able to work independently

-          Willing to learn, goal oriented, able to work under pressure
