We have a suitable opportunity in the Corporate division for the position of Consumer Advisor Executive. You should have minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in a call center or FMCG industry. The location of the job will be in Mumbai.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for consumer satisfaction with healthy TATS
  • You will participate in all team projects
  • You will execute Admin tasks when assigned

Key Deliverables:

  • You will handle complaints
  • You will answer live calls / e-mails / SMS / other medium
  • You will update the existing CRM systems and other formats
  • You will maintaining cordial relationship with Marketing, Regional Sales, Training team and Factory  
  • You will be responsible for data analysis

 Key success factors:

  • Excellent Communication
  • Soft spoken, Patient and Alert
  • Good at excel and power point

Key Relationships:

  • Internal Interactions - Marketing, Sales, Dermo-consultant, Regulatory, Training, Accounts, Factory and Admin team
  • External Interactions – Consumers and Courier team

Physical Demands (e.g. % travel):

  • Travel will be need based

  • Graduate
