The CMI DMI Manager CPD LATAM places the consumer at the heart of the brand strategic development in the category/categories and countries/’world of beauty’ regions (s)he is leading and responsible and accountable for creating, delivering and driving consumer & market intelligence strategy into a growth strategy for the business.
This position is the sparring partner for the Marketing teams, responsible for the creation of transversal consumer insight, co-creating the brand plans & mixes and developing an insight & research roadmap for the brands and categories.
• Collaborate with CPD president Zone Latam, CPD Division & Brand Emerging Markets presidents, to create & deliver strategy, the growth plans & performance
