Now we are looking for a Content Coordinator!

You will…

  • Support O+O Brand Activation Manager on online & offline trade plan activations.
  • Create digital & COOP assets
  • Brief the agency on changes for assets
  • Trade marketing execution (animations and day-to-day trade needs)
  • Cover day to day trade needs in collaboration with field managers
  • Be responsible for the PLV Purchase Orders creation and management
  • Be responsible for office samples & product orders
  • Support the e-retail back-end management (help on pack shots, translations, text review)
  • Support the content library: uploading texts and images - image rights management
  • Support in ad hoc projects / events

  • A graduate with ideally two-years work experience, preferably in marketing or trade marketing
  • A marketeer at the heart who is also digital savvy

  • Deeply passionate in beauty and sees himself/herself working long-term in the beauty and cosmetics industry
  • Exhibits high potential in leadership and management

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
