Job Title:               Lancôme Data Entry and Project Coordinator

Job Summary

Candidate must be productive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.  Specialist II-Master Data will provide assistance to the Marketing team with an emphasis on the administrative, logistic, and data-entry considerations that drive project outcomes.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree

- Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint Outlook and ability to learn internal software/systems

- Strong verbal communication, writing and interpersonal skills

- High level of organization

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Section 4:  Judgment and Decision Making

Close supervision required for judgment or decision making associated with this position.

Essential Physical

Ability to lift up to 15lbs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Data and Reporting

  Data entry for various system programs (DPM, ESKO, Magellan)

  Maintaining competitive history and performing competitive analysis

  Assist in creating mix configuration for Gift with Purchase and Purchase with Purchase

Administrative departmental duties including, but not limited to:

  Calendar management for various members of the marketing team

  Maintain files for expense reports, agency invoices, check requests, and memos

  Update brand files, chrono’s and promotional files

  Inventory management for product closet

  Shipping materials wherever needed

Coordination and Logistics

  Coordination of promo ops and creative assets

Meeting/Event Prep

  Support retail marketing presentations

  Meeting Prep: printing, prepping carts, developing retailer meeting decks


  Create shaded harmonies for palettes

  Work closely with development team to create deluxe samples

  Provide marketing approvals (product packout, color, packaging, product copy, etc.)
