Paid Media Coordinator

We are seeking a Paid Media Coordinator to help run paid media and customer acquisition campaigns to support the growth of our direct and retail channels. The ideal candidate will be analytical, creative, customer-centric, comfortable working within a fast-paced environment, and adaptable to change.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive direct results and help spearhead the planning and development of growth marketing strategies and campaigns. In partnership with Marketing, Creative, and Finance teams, you will help bring all aspects of campaigns and growth initiatives to life and bring Youth To The People to more consumers across the globe.
Coordinate cross-channel campaigns to drive and optimize customer acquisition and retention against sales and growth KPIs.
Help manage and oversee paid media for direct and retailer channels across Display, Programmatic, Social, Affiliate, SEM, OTT, and OOH.
Manage the daily workflow and communication with media agencies and internal stakeholders.
Provide guidance to media agencies in executing paid media campaigns on budget, optimizing ROI, and meeting business goals.
Ensure continuous knowledge of all campaigns, identifying and resolving obstacles, and reacting in real-time to optimizations, redirections, and resource reallocation.
Develop A/B tests in partnership with Marketing and Creative in order to ensure a clear feedback loop and continuous iteration of performance creative.
Identify insights and assist stakeholders across Marketing and Creative teams in improving engagement and conversion through messaging, creative, UGC, and other content types.
Leverage data and strategy provided by teams, agencies, and leadership to execute optimizations and new initiatives.
Partner with Sales and Finance to develop KPIs, goals, and projections on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Stay informed on digital trends, performance creativity, competitors, and industry best practices and serve as a resource to the larger organization in these areas.
Manage deliverables and timelines across various departments to ensure on-time campaign execution and performance.
Communicate with the team on project status and ensure deadlines are met.
Collaborate with contractors, agencies, and 3rd party vendors when needed.
Lead different groups of individuals across departments on ad hoc projects.
1-3 years of experience in working on paid campaigns and flights across various marketing channels.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
A proven track record and experience with Digital Media and/or advertising.
Understanding of digital marketing metrics (CPC, CTR, CPM, CPA, ROAS, CVR).
Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Analytical with strong quantitative skills.
Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Excitement for start-ups and building from the ground up.
Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics
Agency and/or eCommerce experience
Experience managing paid social campaigns
Beauty or skincare experience
