    General Direction of Operations (DGO) of L'Oreal Group is looking for an INNOVATIVE, COLLABORATIVE and PASSIONATE professional to become

    GLOBAL RETAIL SUPPLY CHAIN PROJECT MANAGER

     

     WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION:

    • Guarantee the roll out of the Group Retail Strategy for all divisions
    • Coordinate divisions for improving Retail efficiency (specific requirements, best practices, processes & tools evolution...)
    • Retail tools implementation
    • Localize the Training  proposed by the Zone / Group
    • KPI’s implementation and follow up

     

    WHAT WILL BE YOUR JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    ·        Apply Group processes and ensure their application by the division

    • Daily Operations (reception / product return / stock movements...)
    • Stock take methodology & frequency
    • Counters replenishment parameters per store
    • Assess the SC performance (KPIs monitoring)            
    • Regular Retail SC review with divisions to collect all requirements  (especially on IT issue)
    • Validate with Chief Retail Officer and Retail IT team the divisions’ requirements
    • Regular meeting with Zone Retail Directors to share country's situation and next steps
    • In charge of the training coordination between divisions

     

    WHAT QUALITIES AND SKILLS YOU SHOULD HAVE:

    • Strong Experience in supply chain in top retail companies, experience in colaboration with countries, regions (ability to work on a global scope)
    • Experience in collaborating with Retail Area managers, good knowledge of the retail operational job
    • Experience in working on IT-related topics
    • Strong analytical skills 
    • Strategic vision, Curious, Out of the box thinking
    • Ability to structure new processes and drive change management
    • Business, results and innovation oriented
    • Ability to work in multifunctional teams, project management
    • Strong communication skills, Networking & leadership
    • Ability to influence & challenge
    • Capacity of quick integration in a complex organization, capability to simplify
    • Ability to present results to top management
    • Fluent English
