POSITION:           Customer Care Data Integrity Analyst

REPORTS TO:      Director, Customer Service  

LOCATION:          St. Petersburg, FL (SalonCentric National Operating Center)

The Customer Care Analyst will be responsible for supporting all reporting and data analysis requirements for Customer Master, Customer Service and Service Excellence; effectively displaying those concepts in daily, weekly, monthly presentations. This analyst will support all functions of the business, including call center, customer master processing and any other area requiring analytics/SAP operational support. This role will be responsible for creating executive level presentations, requiring preparation of the data and recommendations to customer service leadership when appropriate.

This position requires regular communication with business leaders across different departments and with various support groups engaged in planning and implementation of company business initiatives.


  • Assure production of daily, monthly, weekly reports for Customer Master and Customer Service key performance indicators.
  • Responsible for development and change management of regular reporting processes based on formal requests raised by customer service leadership. Responsible for proper documentation of these processes.
  • Responsible for ad-hoc data, reports and analysis preparation based on formal requests raised by customer service leadership.
  • Develop and maintain reports.
  • Responsible for data structure consistency and final reports integrity.
  • Responsible for resolving issues related to regular reporting processes in accordance to internal standards.
  • Develop and revise necessary procedures and documentation on the reporting process.
  • Prepare monthly decks with graphs to dictating performance metrics, providing clear analysis
  • Participate in business intelligence projects leading to efficiency, improvements of data management processes, redesigning and optimizing processes, improvements of data quality and overall level of decision management.
  • Researches and analyzes available internal and external reports for assigned task.
  • Ad-hoc business analysis to Salon Centric.
  • Manage and trouble shoot technical problems, as needed.
  • Must have long-term authorization to work in the U.S.


  • Minimum of 1 year in a analytical position, with proven, advanced MS Excel and database queries
  • Excellent data management skills –
  • Strong analytical skills, presentation skills, prioritizing, ability to make fast, competent and independent decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fast learning, hard-working, flexibility, creativity and ability to work independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with analytical and database management.
  • Knowledge of latest modelling tools and techniques.
