POSITION: Customer Care Data Integrity Analyst

The Customer Care Analyst will be responsible for supporting all reporting and data analysis requirements for Customer Master, Customer Service and Service Excellence; effectively displaying those concepts in daily, weekly, monthly presentations. This analyst will support all functions of the business, including call center, customer master processing and any other area requiring analytics/SAP operational support. This role will be responsible for creating executive level presentations, requiring preparation of the data and recommendations to customer service leadership when appropriate.
This position requires regular communication with business leaders across different departments and with various support groups engaged in planning and implementation of company business initiatives.
