We are seeking for an innovative Digital Director to join our Asia Pacific Luxury division. You will be identifying and driving digital initiatives with a high focus on Chinese Travelers consumer behavior.

What you’ll be doing:
- Lead the development of Insights & Activation plans of Chinese Travelers, travelling outside of China to various destinations including Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Thailand, Singapore, Australia
- Deliver & Manage the creation of a cross-country Chinese Travelers Intelligence analytics tool & lead the development of insights around the data gathered
- Work in strong partnership with the multiple key stakeholders: Brand General Managers across APAC and local markets, Marketing and Digital Directors, Travel Retail Division to name a few
- Planning, developing & managing Chinese Traveler activation including:
- Social Media engagement
- Content Marketing (with a strong focus on travel related portals)
- Search Engine Marketing
- Digital Media buying
- Influencer Marketing
- Manage the Chinese Traveler Activation Calendar across all countries of APAC & Travel Retail APAC
- Reviewing & approving all activations during these key festivals together with APAC Brand teams & Travel Retail Brand teams
- Monitor the contribution to business of Chinese Travelers to the various business entities.
- Propose & implement with local country teams, in-store retail activations where needed to support the digital activation of Chinese Travelers
Who we are looking for:
- 8+ Years of Digital Marketing
- Strong knowledge of China digital landscapes
- Proven track record in project management & agency management skills
- Excellent communicator with strong senior stakeholders management
- Strategic mind set with analytical approach
- Innovative and able to bring ideas to life
- Fluent in Chinese (verbal and written) and English
