In charge of routine EC operations, including: online product/category management, online ADs planning,
stock management, financial operations, customer service.
Plan & execute promotion campaigns for current EC channels to achieve sales target.
Cooperate & deal with EC channels to maintain the business relationship.
Plan digital ADs & campaigns to enhance online traffic for EC channels.
Generate, monitoring & analyze online sales performance, customer behaviors, provide insights for business growth.
Collaborate with internal cross-function teams & external 3rd-party partners, to continuously improve
business operation process.
Realize online competitive intelligence to maintain the brand’s competitive advantage.
Support to develop and implement media & social/influencer activities, digital marketing campaigns & innovative pilot projects with brands.
Analyze & optimize ROI of social & digital media of brands by effetively cordinating among agencies & platforms.
Provide strategic insights to Brands on strategies and action plans to support digital transformation strategy.
Share best practices and monitor local digital performance of the products and social communities to support the brand’s ambition
Identify online and off line drivers and articulate the digital strategy with the brand positioning
Ensure an outlook among the local competitors & other industries: trends, intelligence, and experimentation
At least 3 years of experience in Cosmetics/Fashion/FMCG industry, have in-depth understanding in E-Commerce/digital marketing domain.
Solid/hands-on experience in E-Commerce operations & sales.
Exceptional interpersonal & coordination skills.
Excellent quantitative and analytical skills.
Experience of e-PR / digital community management / digital agency is a plus.
