What You Will Learn:

The Digital Brand Manager is responsible for developing digital marketing strategy by studying the Consumer Products Division (CPD) brands, products, tracking, and identifying consumers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition. This role plans and executes all web, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns for Puerto Rico (PR) & The Islands. Designs, builds, and maintains CPD brand’s social media presence. The Digital Brand Manager will work with the marketing team, supporting teams, agencies, and clients to launch campaigns on time and on budget. This role ensures that CPD’s online presence, promotions & projects are meeting brand standards in order to market products and services successfully in Puerto Rico & The Islands.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
  • Manage day-to-day content, developing and executing new strategic initiatives and site features, coordinating all creative deliverables and site approvals with the agency.
  • Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Develop clients Digital Marketing strategies for CPD Brands and ensures an ongoing support plan with top clients.
  • Effectively manage client campaigns, ensuring they’re delivered on time, to a high standard. 
  • Brief agency teams on all projects to ensure timely delivery of site updates.
  • Respond to requests for urgent revisions and ensure timeline execution through agency.
  • Create social media content calendar for all brands & guidelines for PR & the Caribbean Markets
  • Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns for Digital.
  • Liaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels.
  • Perform any other job-related duties as required or that may arise in the future.

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • Years of Experience: Minimum five (5) years of experience in Digital Marketing. 
  • LanguageFully Bilingual (Spanish and English)
  • Job Specific Experience/Skills:
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills. 
  • Excellent communication skills (Written and verbal). 
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Research and market data analysis
  • Action Oriented: Enjoys working in a high paced work environment. 
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers. 
  • Familiar with financial planning and strategy
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Analyzer and business applications.
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
  • Travel: This position may require traveling of 20%.
