 Responsible for product master data management for all businesses within Luxe.  This includes managing the DPM system for Product Codification and attribute management for Fusion SAP system operations and all downstream systems using master data (Wise, data sync, APEX).  Must ensure data quality using GS1 standards as well as L’Oreal norms.  Leader and deploy of Luxe master data projects including those relating to efficiency, data quality, network model changes, new global norms, processes and acquisitions. Represent Luxe on LUSA projects. Manage a team of PIM Managers and Analyst who are directly responsible and accountable for data management integration including all material status changes.  The team is also responsible for training and support of all DPM code creators and users and DPM Reports. Guidance for Luxe processes relating to master data and DPM.

**Must be able to work in South Brunswick and occasionally (avg. 4 - 8 times a month) travel to New York, Clark, Piscataway or Berkley Heights offices.  Occasional travel to California, France or other countries could be required. ***

Must be able to:

  • Influence teams regarding quality master data management, across the business
  • Guide process by applying fundamental good data management practices (GS1 and L’Oreal norms)
  • Assess business needs quickly and engage business, IT and supply chain partners
  • Manage a department (usually between 3 and 5 employees)
  • Prioritize and manage system and process projects
  • Clearly communicate and interact with data users of all levels
  • Problem solve system blocks by looking at details and data flows
  • Work collaboratively, interpret and anticipate results of data management decisions


  • Minimum 7 - 10 years of relevant business experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite with a focus on Excel
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Enthusiasm to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects independently, simultaneously and with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to present data collected and analyzed to management and above
  • Dependable and reliable self-starter
  • Ability to seek effective and efficient ways to achieve results
  • Understanding when issues need to be escalated and provide summarized information to suggest/enable decisions
