Key Accountabilities:

  • Create Merchandising Directives, work cross functionally with internal departments. This includes: Store Design, Visual, Creative, Forecasting and Marketing
  • Create and own Animation and Launch packages, for permanent and temporary merchandising elements
  • Concept new Merchandising elements to meet specific global needs
  • Develop and design VM guidelines for all retail partners
  • Manage roll out of seasonal/ holiday VM guidelines, in store graphics
  • Develop understanding of brand direction to ensure in-store execution is on brand
  • Format field team VM training guidelines and best practices for execution excellence & elevated merchandising 
  •  

Experience

  • Strong technical, communication and visual merchandising background
  • Comfortable in a high-paced environment
  • Highly conceptual design experience 
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Results oriented and action driven. Ability to take initiative, ownership and accountability for business
  • Strong sense of teamwork and ability to multi-task
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate

 

Ideal Candidates Should Possess: 

  • 5 - 7 years of Visual Merchandising experience: 
  • Bachelor degree, preferably in Visual Design, Merchandising, Fine Arts or Interior Design
  • Computer Skills - Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch up, InDesign, Excel and Microsoft office/ PowerPoint
  • High level of Creativity (must be able to communicate, sketch, etc.)
  • Strong Presentation skills
