Contribute to the success of the division by maximizing the integration of divisional and marketing functions, hence identifying and enhancing business efficiencies. Ensure divisional, marketing, sales and cross-functional communication towards enhancing the internal consumer experience, satisfaction and loyalty.

? Manage the flow of purchase orders ensuring documentation / relevant approval signatures / process is approved / correcting coding / follow-up etc.

? Manage Advertising and Promotional Budget by maintaining the tracker monthly and liaise with Finance regarding queries / discrepancies on actual vs budget

? Monitor all Divisional and Marketing expenses vs Budget

? Capture all Divisional and Marketing expenses onto excel and indicate variances

? Control process for Management Expenses – approval signatories / timeous payment through finance

? All queries are followed up and resolved in the shortest possible timeframe within policy framework

? A professional attitude is displayed when responding to a customer’s (internal and external) needs. Customers: Product Managers /Commercial Reps and Commercial Director, Medical Relations Managers / Medical Area Managers / Finance department and external customers

? Capturing, processing and tracking of orders and order numbers

? Responsible for arranging all flight bookings, accommodation, car hire etc for the division.
