Build, manage and develop long-term Ecommerce relationships with consumer in order to achieve the targeted sales revenue by increasing the brand’s online presence.

  • Implement e-commerce strategy for a brand in the Luxury division, based on commercial target and consumer journey perspective, while delivering in accordance to Luxury brand equity

  • Drive sales performance and monitor sell in, sell out, and SIT

  • Plan and integrate consumer journey from pre-purchase media, purchase stage on site and post purchase CRM to ensure the luxury brand experience and consumer experience of the brand

  • Create and maintain website content

  • Create and implement animation plans and offers for the e-business

  • Recommend and implement e-Business optimization

  • Day-to-day management on e-commerce store operation and implementation

  • Monitor online customer feedbacks and provide improvements

  • Responsible to work with agencies and brand team to drive quality traffic and conversion

  • Communicate, collaborate and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to drive e-commerce growth

  • Develop and implement e-commerce projects for the division

  • Provide online competitive intelligence, latest e-commerce trend and benchmarking, identify opportunities for business growth and implement action plans
