EC media performance overview & strategic consulting, especially for non-ROI format inside and outside EC platforms
•Lead on EC media innovation projects, ( i.e. EC media automation, search bidding optimisation and etc.) and coordinate on EC media internalization
•Set up solid KPI frame with business thinking and well apply to campaign design
•Collaborate with cross function lines include brand EC team, crop CDO team, Buycoor to conduct pilot campaign and on-going optimization.
•Analysis on campaign performance from both EC media efficiency and business impact prospective and to build best POCs.
•Internal workshop to share the learnings/findings on regular basis, workout action plan for the POCs rollout across brands.

•EC store media annual/ monthly phasing planning
•Blockbuster/ new product launch
•Optimization on EC formats (know-how)
•Understand EC account
•Ali DMP, Data Bank, SYCM
•Communication & Project Management
•Real team worker
•Good communicator via both paper work and presentation
