- Ensuring smooth daily order-to-cash cycle execution and follow-up;
- Responding to customer enquiries related to orders and deliveries by email/phone;
- Reverse logistics flow follow up;
- Pricing database and claim management;
- Support on credit management activities, such as dunning and clearing of customer’s accounts;
- Close cooperation with other departments located in 4 different countries;
- According to the organization, participate to the implementation of projects in collaboration with the clients;
- Experience in customer service and/or logistics areas;
- Russian languages - in written and oral;
- Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office software;
- Experience in SAP ERP will be considered as advantage;
- Outstanding telephone communication skills;
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements of agile beauty market;
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at the time with a high attention to details.
