What You Will Learn:
This position is responsible for providing executive level administrative support for two of the General Managers of the Professional Products Division (Matrix & Biolage). Responsibilities include day to day and long-term calendar management, presentation and meeting preparation, assistance with travel arrangements, preparation of expense reports, and execution of additional projects assigned by the General Manager. Serves as main point of contact for the General Manager from an informational and administrative perspective. Drafts and edits communications/major announcements. Submits, requests, and compiles information for key meetings and corporate requirements. Creates and manages purchase orders for the team. Organizes catering and logistics around in-office meetings with visitors and periodic off-site activities for Matrix and Biolage teams. Serves as general admin support for the office team. Additional responsibilities include management of floor space, necessary maintenance, and office supplies.
