What You Will Learn:
Ensure the execution and coordination of all physical flows and manage the factory inventory policies and best practices.
· Manage the Flow of Materials, Components and Finished Goods.
· Execute the receiving of Raw Materials (RM) and Components (AC) and sampling of AC from subcontractors.
· Manage the Raw Material quarantine.
· Manage the shipment of AC/RM/WIP/BULK to subcontractors.
· Execute the shipment of FG to our customers.
· Manage the Raw Materials Pre-weigh department.
· Manage the Fleet of Powered Industrial Trucks (PITs) – maintenance and procurement.
· Manage the physical installations related to physical movements: lifts, racks, batteries, and docks.
· Manage factory best practices in physical flows training, inventory control, safety and quality.
· Participate in traceability initiatives and conformity.
· Optimize the transportation network.
· Conduct Physical Inventories in line with L’Oreal Policies.
· Develop and train staff efficiently conduct flows operations.
· Implement L'Oreal quality assurance, GMP, safety and environmental procedures.
What We Are Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor degree in business required, engineering degree preferred. 5+ years’ experience in warehouse/flows operations, preferably in a manufacturing facility.
· Progressive experience in the area of logistics, production and/ or supply chain management in a manufacturing environment.
· Must work well in a fast paced environment and be able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
· Must demonstrate excellent people management skills including the ability to develop a team of individuals capable of producing extraordinary results. Experience of working in a unionized environment is preferred.
· Must wear all proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
· Computer skills, to include experience with spreadsheets, presentations, and database management.
· Experience with SAP a plus.
· Develop and implement individual and team objectives that achieve overall plant inventory control goals.
· Manage record and reporting systems.
