Our teams within Corporate Services play a crucial role in supporting the business to deliver the Group’s strategic priorities such as Digital Transformation and our sustainability commitment Sharing Beauty with All. This area of our business provides expertise in Finance, Procurement, Legal, IT, Digital, Communications, HR and Scientific & Regulatory Affairs.

We are seeking a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our HR team. Taking the reins of a leading graduate and intern program you will take our program to the next level. Securing the best graduate talent is at the heart of our talent strategy, as an innovative recruiter you will develop the graduate program from EVP through to completion.

About the role

  • Define the Graduate and Intern recruitment strategy and yearly focus for L’Oreal Australia
  • Localise and implement the Group's graduate EVP and campus engagement strategy
  • Implement contemporary sourcing and screening and assessment techniques to attract and hire the best graduate talent
  • Develop a high-quality candidate experience for Graduates and Interns
  • Align the graduate development program with on the job learning and learning strategy
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the Graduate and Intern programs to support further investment

About you

  • A willingness to lead and take ownership of a graduate program bringing innovative ideas to bear
  • Sound recruitment experience with considerable expertise running or being part of a graduate recruitment program
  • Pragmatic in approach coupled with the gravitas to influence at all levels of the organisation
  • A style which encourages collaboration and engagement throughout the business
