Job Summary

Responsible for managing internal PR House & communication strategy for L’Oreal Group brands in Vietnam. This position shall collaborate with other teams to identify PR opportunities to enhance its public visibility aligning with Corporate sense of purpose and reputation. Closely partnering with brand marketing teams and sales teams to protect brands’ trademark and images on both traditional and digital platforms.

Primary responsibilities

  • Manage and enhance the positive image of all brands in the public's eye, maintaining SOV of all brands in the top 10 beauty industry
  • Consult with Corporate Affairs & Engagement Director to develop effective communication procedures and policies for various situations or crises
  • Communicate with media outlets and journalists and create press kits
  • Draft press releases and speeches following brands and organizational news
  • Write letters, interdivisional memos and other business correspondence
  • Develop inspired products stories basing on brand marketing insights with eye-catching innovative headlines and body content
  • Interview senior managers or management board to develop stories
  • Develop innovative and creative digital communication tools for internal/external events (video, podcast, webchat, video conference…)
  • Develop and execute brands communication reporting.
  • Enhance relationships with media and relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with other teams and relevant authorities for Group brands’ trademark protection activities and events.
  • Gatekeeper for brands reputation on social media
  • Assist team members on communication materials and practices
  • Monitor the progress of various communication strategies for brands


Required skills

·         Exceptional communication abilities including writing, speaking and active listening both in Vietnamese and in English

·         In-depth knowledge of best writing and messaging practices for business correspondence, public relations, advertising, marketing and sales and social media

·         Professional understanding and experience of crisis management 

·         Ability to effectively engage with team members of all levels and across department

·         Great project management skills, including time management, goal setting, multi-tasking and prioritization

·         Strong research and analytical skills to identify trends and challenges

·         Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

·         Advanced organization abilities

·         Ability to think and plan creatively and innovatively

·         Master with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.

·        Confident in producing work across multiple platforms

·        Able to align multiple brand strategies and ideas

·        Assists team members when needed to accomplish team goals
