For our L'Oréal Bulgaria team, we are currently looking for:


Group Retail Marketing Manager (m/f)

Location: Sofia




  • Increasing company sales by generating specific activities for retailers through leveraging global brand positioning and category penetration
  • Developing and implementing the Retail Marketing strategy to contribute towards brand growth targets and cross-category business objectives
  • Leading the translation and execution of the marketing strategy into impactful retailer programs, respecting and tracking budget and commercial targets
  • Bringing field intelligence to define brand-specific activity programs with marketing and commercial departments
  • Implementing, monitoring and improving processes to link all marketing activities with the activities of the commercial team
  • Recruiting, developing and managing Retail Marketing team; ensuring development of expertise and know-how in the Retail Marketing team
  • Monitoring Sell In & Sell Out excellence – drives POS execution, follow up and controls, masters brand selling scenarios, action plan proposal
  • Building selling proposition and negotiate – setting priorities, conducting win-win negotiation
  • Developing customer centricity approach – building retailers development plans, collaborating across functions
  • Managing budget



  • At least 3 years of work experience in a similar position
  • University Degree (prefferably in marketing)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Sense of responsibility and ability to work autonomously
  • Confidence, drive and enthusiasm
  • Active use of MS Office
  • Fluent in English
