HR Administration Manager (m/f)


Based in Zagreb


As an HR Administration Manager you are the main point of contact for employees for all the activities linked to pay, benefits, HR tools and personnel administration, and you are responsible for:

  • Managing our smooth and efficient daily relationship with agencies in order to handle variable aspects of pay and benefits, employment administration, personnel transfers, residence and work permits, keeping individual personnel files confidential and up-to-date

  • Cooperating with Human Resources team by implementing the decisions and drafting Internal HR procedures

  • Managing all data in SAP HR and the annual budget necessary for HR activities

  • Answering employee questions and requests and pro-actively communicating Internal decisions

  • Consolidating data ensuring reliability, preparing social indicators and HR statistics

An ideal candidate would be:

  • Mature and autonomous person with solid experience in HR administration of minimum 5 years and with University degree in Business or Finance

  • Positive, solution oriented person who can constructively challenge procedures

  • Adaptable and flexible person that is willing to make positive changes

  • At ease with labour legislation, payroll calculation, able to draft policies and mobilise teams for implementation

  • Attentive to details, able to provide excellence in administrative follow, reliable reporting, and clear analysis

  • Shows emphasis on proactivity and being independent in his/her work, is able to present ideas

  • Fluent in English

  • PC literate

  • Understanding of Slovenian and Bosnian Labour market, or retail business is an advantage
