Position Description
Attract, select and engage talents: ensure a close follow up of individuals. Apply integration best practices at entity level. Secure training needs. Promote diversity. Support division and HRD in career management and succession planning. Facilitate Compensation & Benefits efficiency
As a Business Partner: anticipate organizational changes and business needs in the entity: manage change process, evaluate and improve HR performance at entity level
Promote a great company to work in: ensure respect of L’Oréal values and code of ethics, be the champion of quality of life at work in the entity
Monitor headcounts and payroll in line with business objectives
Secure HR efficiency: ensure the entity’s HR processes and pratices comply with all legal requirements. Facilitate the workflow between payroll and administration. Maintain efficient relationships with unions
Requirements
5-8 years relevant generalist HR experience
Must be fluent in written/spoken Mandarin
Must have very strong written/spoken English skills
